Easy Chicken Pulao Recipe | चिकन पुलाव बनाना सीखें ?
This is a finger licking spicy dish made keeping in mind the satiating blend of chicken, tomatoes and aromatic basmati rice. This dish is perfect for a quick meal where everything is put into one pan and the result is a delicious flavourful Chicken Pulao. Here is how to make Chicken Pulao Recipe (Step by Step + Video).
Ingredients :
- Cooking Oil 1/2 cup
- Black peppercorns 6-8
- Cloves 4-5
- Star Anise 1
- Green Cardamom 4
- Cinnamon stick 1 small piece
- Onion 2 sliced
- Tomatoes 2 large chopped
- Salt to taste
- Green Chilli 3 Silted
- Ginger Garlic Paste 3 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds Powder 1 tsp
- Chicken Pieces 800 gram
- Peeled Potatoes 4-6 pieces
- Basmati Rice 1/2 kg
- Water 3 cups
- Coriander Leaves for garnishing
Method:
- Soak the Basmati Rice for 30 minutes in water.Then in a pan, add oil and let it hot. Then add all Whole Spices and let them crackle. Add sliced Onions and saute till golden brown. Then add chopped Tomatoes,salt, green chilli and ginger garlic and green chilli powder. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add Garam Masala Powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder and cumin seeds powder and mix well. After it add chicken pieces and potatoes. Then add soaked basmati rice and water, mix well then cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Then garish with Coriander Leaves and serve.
