How to make Masala Maggi Noodles | मसाला मैगी नूडल्स कैसे बनाये |



It’s a street style dish and new way to add colorful vegetables to the regular maggi and make it into a healthy dish. Almost maggi is the most loved instant noodles in India. It is loved by people of all age groups, be it kids or adults.It is the perfect snack recipe to curb those late night hunger pangs or when you are lazy to cook lunch or dinner.



Ingredients :

  • Cooking Oil                              1 tbsp
  • Onion (chopped)                       1
  • Green Chilli (chopped)             1 tsp
  • Tomato (chopped)                     1
  • Salt                                            ½ tsp
  • Capsicum (chopped)                 ½ tbsp
  • Carrot (chopped)                       ½ tbsp
  • Red Chilli Powder                    1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder                      ½ tsp
  • Tomato Ketchup                       1 tbsp
  • Maggi Noodles                         2 packets
  • Water                                        2½ cup
  • Coriander Leaves                     for garnishing

Method:

  1. Take a pan, add Oil and heat it. Then add onion, green chilli, tomato and salt mix well, add carrot and capsicum and cook till the veggies get soft.
  2. Then add red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well.
  3. Add little amount of water mix all the stuff together. Then add tomato ketchup and some more water mix and give one boil.
  4. Then add the noodles and masala sachet, cover and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on low flame.
  5. Then serve and enjoy :)
